2. Cultural Resource & Event Archive Status

Bihar Mahotsav 2026 was organized by the Bihar Mahotsav Organising Committee and took place from 3–6 September 2026 at the Art of Living International Center, Bengaluru.

The event has successfully concluded. The Website continues to operate as an official digital archive, cultural resource, and community bridge. All schedules, performer details, artisan profiles, and itineraries published herein represent historical records of the concluded festival.

All original textual content, custom graphics, page layouts, badges, and compilation of cultural information on this Website are the intellectual property of the Bihar Mahotsav Organising Committee and/or respective cultural contributors, protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

Traditional folk art styles (such as Madhubani, Tikuli, Sujuni, and Sikki craft) and folk literature celebrated on the Website represent the shared cultural heritage of Bihar and India.
